Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all… Who doesn’t know the memorable line from Snow White’s stepmother? A classic from Disney! And let that be precisely my intention with the stained glass workshop “Mirror on the wall”!
Because as a participant of this enchanting workshop, I want you to create a ‘classic’ of an interior piece. A classic that we have at home anyway and that you can give that extra cachet through this workshop!
“Mirror on the wall” will become the eye-catcher of your interior. In addition, this workshop offers the opportunity to explore and boost your artistic skills.
What will you learn during the stained glass mirror workshop?
During the workshop, Charlotte will guide you from A to Z in creating your own stained glass mirror. The workshop is designed for a teambuilding or friend group of 4 to 8 people. This guarantees good, individual guidance. This way, each participant learns the basic principles of stained glass step by step.
Creative part:
• Step 1: You choose a design. You can choose from 10 different designs on which to put your creative touch. Whether you like traditional patterns or want to give your mirror a modern touch, there is always a design to suit your taste. The mirror has a size of 15x21cm, which you can cut to your liking.
• Step 2: Choosing the glass, starting from the various textures and colours. The glass is divided by colour among different boxes.
Technical part:
• Step 3: Cutting and grinding the glass to size via the design on your chalk paper.
• Step 4: Learning to handle lead and assemble your stained glass mirror.
• Step 5: Solder the lead and polish your finished stained glass mirror.
• Step 6: Proudly go home with your very own stained glass mirror.
It will be a well-rounded workshop, full of creation, wonder and loeend results!
How much does the stained glass mirror workshop cost?
For 90 euros, you will proudly go home with your own original stained glass mirror.
The workshop lasts 4 to 5 hours.
The workshop includes:
• Your own unique stained glass mirror.
• All the necessary materials.
• Coffee, tea and water.
• A small group of friends or colleagues consisting of 4 to 8 people.
